I spent 3 hours at the hospital yesterday, mostly reading The Shack in a huge lounge area, tucked away from most of the pedestrian traffic.  The reading was peaceful, if the diagnostic test was not.  Each hour at :24 past, I dutifully tredged back into the doctor's office where a nice nurse with schtick (both needles and humor) drew my blood to test for gestational diabetes.  I failed the quick screening, so this next diagnostic step was necessary.  I had to drink double strength orange stuff this time and it rolled around in my stomach for about two hours.  Ick!  But the results are in.

On Wednesday I did the 26 week blood glucose test and failed it.  I hate failing!  So what does this mean?
